In June 2025, Sri M returned to Switzerland for a beautiful series of Satsangs and Retreats hosted by Mountain Retreat Yoga Sangha. The programs were held in Aeschi bei Spiez and Bern, bringing together seekers from across Switzerland and Europe for a rare opportunity to spend time in the presence of the Master.
The 2025 visit included a three-day retreat on the Upanishads and Yoga, followed by a three-day Kriya Retreat for initiates and aspirants, and concluded with a public satsang in Bern on the theme of Yoga and Inner Transformation.
These gatherings offered participants not only spiritual teachings, but also the deeper experience of silence, reflection, meditation, and direct connection with Sri M.

This three-day retreat focused on the timeless wisdom of the Upanishads and their relevance in understanding consciousness, the mind, and the deeper nature of the Self.
Sri M guided participants through profound reflections on the relationship between body, mind, intellect, and awareness, while connecting these teachings to practical inner work through yoga and meditation. The retreat included Satsangs, meditation sessions, personal interactions, and opportunities for pranaams.
The retreat was open to all sincere seekers and created a beautiful atmosphere of learning, silence, and introspection.
Event details
Participants arrived from different parts of Switzerland and Europe, gathering in the peaceful surroundings of Aeschi b. Spiez for three days of deep study and contemplation. The serene setting of the mountains and lake naturally supported the inward journey encouraged by the teachings.
Sri M’s discourses on the Upanishads brought ancient wisdom into immediate personal relevance, helping seekers reflect on the nature of identity, awareness, and freedom. Alongside the talks, meditation sessions and periods of silence allowed participants to absorb the teachings beyond the intellectual level.
The shared meals, seva, and quiet moments between sessions added to the sense of Sangha and togetherness. Many participants expressed gratitude for the opportunity to reconnect with the teachings in such a direct and intimate way.
10-12 June 2025
Gemeindesaal, Aeschi b. Spiez
Following the Upanishads retreat, the Kriya Retreat offered three dedicated days for deeper spiritual practice under Sri M’s direct guidance.
This retreat included Kriya initiation for eligible participants as well as practice sessions for existing initiates. The program focused on meditation, discipline, inner silence, and the practical aspects of sustained spiritual practice.
Sri M provided guidance on both the technique and the attitude required for inner transformation, helping participants understand Kriya not merely as a practice, but as a path of conscious living.
Event details
The Kriya Retreat was held in a deeply focused and sacred atmosphere, with participants entering a quieter rhythm of practice and reflection. For many, initiation into Kriya marked an important spiritual milestone, while for existing practitioners it was an opportunity to deepen and renew their commitment.
Sri M’s presence during these days brought clarity and simplicity to what can often seem like a complex inner path. His guidance emphasised sincerity, discipline, and patience rather than expectation or achievement.
The silence between sessions, the shared discipline of practice, and the collective intention of the group created a strong field of inwardness. Many participants left with a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper understanding of what it means to walk the path steadily.
